It was a popular healing and restorative treatment in the Roman empire. Today you can use these centuries old therapies in the privacy of your own home. Herbal bathing is popular remedies in Spas against stress, anxiety, insomnia, combating fatigue and energy loss, improving alertness and performance. Natures Indulgence tea bath formulas are composed of herbs only. No chemicals, dyes, synthetics or fragrances. However, the herbs offer pleasant natural aromatherapy of their own.
